    I needed a new carb for my 125cc pit bike. This one works well for my application, except I had to adjust the float level after I installed it. It would pour gas out the overflow hole even when meeting level, probably just a mistake during the assembly where the carb was produced. Apart from that, the bike now runs fantastic and has plenty of power. I did not have to tune the A/F at all for the bike to run well. I am pleased with the results of this buy.

    Gr8 gas flow thought it would’ve been surpass if it was auto choke but it subdue wrkd for me grate

    Yes this carburetor is pretty much plug and play except for some casting burrs on the manifold side of the carb and the air cleaner side is about 1/32 to 1/16 of an inch larger in diameter than the original. I learned the burrs after tightening the bolts and hearing a crack. I thought, “Oh no, I broke my new carburetor already.” Then I noticed a cut of black plastic on the ground. I pulled the carb off and found that I had chipped off a cut of the phenolic gasket. Upon further inspection I noticed what looked like alignment tabs on the carb, but the gasket would not fit in between them. So, I took out the O-ring and laid a file on my work bench, so as to not get metal filings inside the carb, and filed off the burrs or tabs. The pictures on this site don’t show those small tabs. Then I place the O-ring back in and place the carburetor back on with success. Then I couldn’t get the air cleaner on and learned that the new carb was slightly larger than the ancient one. I sprayed the air cleaner inner with silicone spray and got it on. Once I was place all back together the bike started on the first kick and ran fantastic like I was used to.
