I get more than 15,000 miles out of these tires. Smooth and well-balanced with predictable grab in cornering. I have Pilot Road II’s on a 1990 Honda VFR with 125,800 miles. They are by far the best. Since I don’t track my bike, I feel the Pilot Road II is a surpass value than Pilot III. The only negative is that they are more susceptible to pressure differences due to temperature changes. I check them 2-3 times a month.

Exceptional tire with exceptional grip dry or wet. I had this on a 2005 cbr600rr that was used daily rain or shine and felt really confident leaning the bike. I got 12k+ miles out of this tire and would straightforwardly buy it again.

Fantastic Sport Turing tire for dry and wet conditions!, July 20, 2013

These tires are phenomenal! I used Michelin Pilot Power 2ct in the past, they were fantastic but had terrible array in them (2500 miles for the rear). After switching to Pilot Road 2 I did not sacrifice any noticeable grip and gained very excellent array. I ride a 2011 Triumph Sprint GT and these tires are the absolute best Sport Turing option for my bike. Would recommend to everyone who enjoys a spirited riding and reliability.
