Toughest boots I’ve had to use, December 11, 2013
    By

I’ve had these for one season. This is what I can tell you:

    1. The slot in is uncomfortable, so I replaced it with a gel slot in, that made the shoe feel incredible.
    2. Joe rocket logos on the side are coming off
    3. Stitching coming loose on lower flap.
    4. Plates become loose on front straightforwardly.
    5. Even when untied, took quite a bit of effort to get my foot in.

I would recommend a different boot for riding. This was from habitual rides, few times a week ranging from 1-2 hours at a time.
If you are looking for a boot, find one that has a ratchet system or zippers.

Exceptional riding shoes!, August 4, 2013

These are well made and comfortable to walk in. Doesn’t even feel like you have protection shoes on. I walked all day for a rally in these and didn’t want to take them off as soon as I got home, like habitual.

Not terrible but NEED a shoehorn…. they should include one with the price of these things!, October 9, 2014

They do slip on wet floors like most flat bottomed shoes do. Also they are VERY hard to place on even when unlaced so have a shoehorn ready SERIOUSLY or they will get ripped up quick! Also get some comfortable inserts and order about 1/2 size larger so you can stick them in. Otherwise nice and surpass protection than a tennis shoe without the bulk of a full on boot. The look could go with many outfits.
