I received the product in a timely manner, and all parts/hardware were present. The instructions provided were adequate, however, when I tried to assemble the product, it soon became evident something was wrong. The holes in the receiver tube were not drilled perpendicular to the bar, meaning the holes wouldn't line up. After enlarging the holes (not an easy task as the bar is heavy gage steel) I was finally able to assemble the carrier. I haven't used the carrier yet, but I do believe it will meet my needs
