First of all I'll tell you that I ordered all of my gear in one day and this came the fastest along with the pants I separately ordered out of all of it which was my helmet gloves ext. (3 days standard shipping) which I ordered through leather up because at the time it was just 10$ cheaper. And if it doesn't come in that time you'll be okay cause it's not the end of the world. And normally if you order it through their website you can get free shipping with 100$ over and other things like tha.
The jacket:
The shoulder armor is thick like a strong plastic
The elbows do slip out of place but once you're in the jacket and adjust them then it stays in place
All the zippers are thick and never catch and seem very durable
The back pad is a foam which won't completely protect you from impact at high speeds but will do just fine against road rash
There is a zip section at the rear end of your jacket that can attach which the xelement pants which I highly recommend or any other pair of pants
The ventilation is great and with the liner out it will breathe perfect on hot days
It feels thick to the touch and great in quality
Sizing: I am a small guy 140 and about 5'9" and 19 years old
I got a medium when I'm normally a small and it fits great and I can fit a hoodie underneath it on cold days or without one and it still fits fine
The arms are long and go just past my wrist and will go good with long or short gloves
You can adjust the waist of your jacket that way it fits tightly allowing no cold air to get in
There are wrist adjusters in which you can make them tight or loose
Go a size up if you are going to wear a hoodie or a lot of clothing underneath if not I'm pretty sure it is true to size
I have a very wide swimmers back and it can be a snug fit around the back when on the bike buts it's comfortable
The neck strap fits good
Cons:
There isn't as much reflective but you can sow some on or use the reflective tape or wear a high vise over it but that's not really a big issue for me
Other than that I can't really think of anything it's a great jacket.
Also for the people who complain about looks, it does look great while your on the bike and that is the purpose of the jacket for bike riding, so you won't be wearing it to your next speedo competition and you don't really need to wear it all day around the mall, so don't complain about wearing it all day and bash on this great product
